Lancôme, the world leading luxury beauty brand, unveils a powerful global campaign to introduce its new feminine fragrance Idôle featuring its brand ambassador American actress Zendaya Coleman. A rallying cry to empower women everywhere, crystallizing a new out-of-the-box vision of success, the fragrance campaign speaks to a new generation inspiring them to build their own success stories and encourage one another as one single unstoppable force.

A PATH TO SUCCESS
Manu Cossu, one of the most talented directors of his generation, took to Los Angeles, a city crystallizing so many dreams of success, to shoot the campaign film for Lancôme’s Idôle. Telling the story of a woman riding on a magnificent horse, the film is a metaphor for the epic, yet intimate journey towards the future that every woman lives. Taking masterful control of the horse, just as she does with her destiny, empowered by Sia’s invigorating track “Unstoppable”, the film ends with Zendaya standing on the hills of L.A. with the fragrance held up high looking at the see of glinting lights, an answer to her rallying cry that everyone is an idôle.

Shot by the esteemed photographic duo Mert & Marcus, whose body of work has given them a global fashion platform that’s second to none, Zendaya’s campaign for Idôle opens a new chapter for Lancôme. Zendaya gazes directly into the viewers’ eyes, in the soft pink of the setting sun, perfectly paired with the striking bottle of Idôle. Her confident look alone embodies the values of optimism and success behind the new fragrance.
The campaign will be unveiled worldwide on all channels, TV, print & digital end of August.
